I forgot to add my promotional code, what can I do?Updated 4 days ago

Once an order has been placed, you can log into your account and use our self-serve option to cancel or modify your order within 30 minutes of purchase. This includes making adjustments such as applying a promotion or updating items in your order.

After the 30-minute window has passed, your order moves into the processing stage and we are unfortunately unable to make any changes, including adding promotional discounts, modifying items, or cancelling the order.
