Sometimes we offer promotions in the form of a free or discounted item when you purchase one or more qualifying products. Examples include offers such as “3 for 2”, “Buy 2, Get 1 Free”, “Buy 2, Get 1 Half Price”, or “Free Gift with Purchase”.

If you are experiencing issues applying a promotional code or receiving a promotional offer, please ensure that your order meets all qualifying conditions. Certain products may be excluded from promotions, as outlined in the applicable Terms & Conditions, and excluded items will not count toward any required spend threshold. For example, if a promotion states “Spend $40 and receive a free gift,” only eligible products will contribute toward the $40 subtotal requirement.

Please note that shipping charges, taxes, gift cards, and any excluded items do not count toward promotional spend requirements unless otherwise stated.

For multi-buy promotions such as “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” or similar offers, the free or discounted item will always be the item of equal or lesser value. Where multiple qualifying items are purchased, the discount will automatically apply to the lowest-priced eligible items within the promotion. Please ensure that the desired quantities are added to your cart so the promotion can be applied successfully right away.

Only one promotional code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated. Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers where restrictions apply.
