Whilst placing your order, you can edit and make changes at any time. Once you have confirmed your order and completed payment, you have a 30-minute window to modify or cancel your order.
If you need to make changes after this period, our team would be happy to assist you but they may not be able to make any changes as well if the order has already started to be processed. If you are not satisfied with your order, please refer to our returns procedures for guidance: https://thebodyshop.ca/policies/refund-policy.
You can also return your order at any of our in-store locations — just make sure to bring your receipt, and our staff will be happy to help.
